REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DETAILS
 

To purchase products on the Úna Burke website, you will need to provide us with your name, address and phone number. It is in your own best interest to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your contact information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@unaburke.com. You may also want to view our Privacy Policy. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on this website. By placing an order with Úna Burke you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.



ORDERS


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of materials. We will notify you of any materials shortages that may affect your order.  Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24hrs of order being placed and no later. 
 

International Terms and Conditions

Please be sure to read our terms and conditions carefully because the placing of a purchase is acceptance of these terms.

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements. Items bought on our website are subject to design and copyright laws, and are not to be duplicated in any way.



PAYMENT CURRENCY

We only accept the UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be billed in Sterling.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form, which will include your name, the order number and the total price.
 

The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order
 

PRICING POLICY
All prices are inclusive of the standard UK VAT rate of 20%.

 


DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the address of delivery which you have indicated during the process of order. All deliveries will be done via UK Post Office International Signed For. Items will be tracked up to the point they leave the UK (and in some cases on arrival in the destination country). When your order reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address, please note this will not necessarily be the addressee. If no one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a following delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.



Delivery Times

Items are made to order and will be dispatched within 10-15 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification. We will notify you of any delays to your order.

Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer times for dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay.

For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion. 

Úna Burke shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 


RETURNS

Products may not be returned nor exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing fault. Under these circumstances goods may be returned within seven days after delivery, provided the following conditions apply:


The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags and in its original bag and packaging.

Note: All items are photographed before leaving the studio to ensure the maintenance of a high level of quality control and to avoid any confusion in the issue of a fault occurring.  Items must be returned via International Signed For Mail within 5 days of receipt.


If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Úna Burke will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. Úna Burke will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.

Úna Burke undertakes to provide as accurate and exact a service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered since we use Vegetable Tanned leathers which have variations within each skin.


Úna Burke reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever necessary, without advance warning.
