Workshop Details and Description
Learn how to make a variety of products using traditional leather hand-tools and techniques.
Starting with a short session outlining the various leather types and showing you how to handle leather and use tools safely, we then move on to the practical lessons to build up your skill-set and develop products. Students are encouraged to develop their own individual styles and are helped to experiment and explore the creative potential of leather. All courses take place in our workshop in South London. A set of tools is provided for the duration of the course, along with a small range of leathers and metal fittings to choose from.
Extra Hand tools, hardware, leather and other materials are available to buy if required, please let us know in advance if possible.
