Hunger Games-Posture Collar-President Snow's Avox
This piece is based on the form of a medical collar used to heal the body in the event of a spinal injury. It was recently worn in 'The Hunger Games - Mockingjay' by President Snow's devoted hair and make-up team, lead by Trivalda Enfario, as they "make sure every hair is in its place (literally)". Made from cow-skin vegetable tanned leather and with a structured aesthetic, this piece could be styled with something loose and flowing for great contrast of textures.
It will be completely hand crafted in our West of Ireland Atelier using the finest British and Italian materials. It will be produced especially to order so may take 5-10 working days to finish. Care Instructions: Do not overexpose to Sunlight and avoid contact with Moisture, especially Water, Creams, Foods, Oils and Perfume. As this item is made from a natural material Colour & Surface variations are unique characteristics and not a defect. It is to be expected that the Texture & Tone of the leather will change with age and use.
